Please take note of the following information for poster presentations at the GEBF-conference:

The poster session will take place on Thursday, March 10th, at 3 p.m. in our virtual conference venue GatherTown, and all presenting authors are asked to stay in relatively close proximity to their poster. Posters will be assigned to specific poster groups in GatherTown and are available throughout the entire conference. The link to both areas in GatherTown will be published shortly before the opening of the conference, all participants of the conference will receive the password via email.

All authors are asked to upload their poster via ConfTool in a final version until February 21st, 2022, at the latest. In order to provide the posters in GatherTown, they will be hosted at servers of the University of Bamberg during the conference.

Poster should be provided in a pdf-format (usually DIN A0 and upright format, alternative formats are possible, file size max. 50 MB). Additionally, poster presenters might provide optional brief video-pitches for their poster to introduce their research topics. Those videos are voluntary and should be prepared in a common video format (mp4, mov, mwv, avi) and submitted via ConfTool as well (max. 2 minutes and file size max. 250 MB).
